Longevity Audit

A physician-led longevity diagnostic for people who expect more than standard primary care.

Who This Is For

What This Is

A structured, physician-led assessment that applies a longevity-focused lens to your health data — helping you understand your most meaningful risks, what standard care is missing, and exactly what to do next.

Many people use this as a decision point before committing to ongoing care with Protocol.

What’s Included

Expanded Longevity Lab Panel

Advanced testing interpreted beyond standard reference ranges, focused on cardiometabolic risk, inflammation, body composition drivers, and aging-related markers.

DEXA and VO₂ Max Testing

As part of the Longevity Audit, we include DEXA body composition and VO₂ max testing through an exceptional third-party partner that our members consistently rate highly.

These tests matter because they capture two of the strongest predictors of long-term health and longevity:

  • Body composition and bone health
  • Cardiovascular fitness and functional capacity

Personal and Family Risk Mapping

Your personal history and family patterns translated into a forward-looking risk profile, not just a snapshot in time.

Physician Interpretation

Clear explanation of:

  • What is optimal versus what is considered normal
  • Where standard care often falls short
  • Which findings are likely to affect long-term outcomes

Prioritized Action Blueprint

A clear plan that outlines:

  • What to address in the next 90 days
  • What may require physician oversight
  • What can wait
  • Where lifestyle changes are sufficient versus when medication may be worth considering

Physician-Led Review

A dedicated session to review results, align on philosophy, and discuss options for next steps.
There is no requirement to switch doctors as part of this process.

What Happens Next

If there is a strong fit, many people choose to continue into a Protocol membership using this work as the foundation.

If not, you leave with a clear plan and a much deeper understanding of your longevity trajectory.

This work does not need to be repeated if you continue.

What This Is Not

This is not urgent or episodic care.

This is not surface-level wellness advice.

This is not for people who are not prepared to act on meaningful findings.

Why People Choose This First

They want to see their real data, build confidence before committing, and leave with a clear plan — not more information. They want to evaluate Protocol based on real insights, not just a concept.
